Pool
Our indoor pool is open from 8 a.m.- 11 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Guests can enjoy the use of our indoor pool year round. Relax and unwind poolside with great views of the Duluth-Superior Harbor.
Lakeside Hot Tub
Our stunning outdoor hot tub is open from 8 a.m.- 11p.m. (*10 p.m.- 11 p.m. is for guests 18+ only). Enjoy exceptional views of the Duluth-Superior Harbor or the sounds and sights of the entertainment in Bayfront Park, all while relaxing in our outdoor hot tub. Our outdoor hot tub is open year round. However, for the safety of our guests and our employees, we may close it during your stay due to weather related issues including but not limited to: Temperatures that fall below 0 degrees, wind chill advisories, excessive ice on the deck or stairs, lightning, or high winds.
Fitness Room
All guests can enjoy use of our fitness center with treadmills, ellipticals, and free weights 24 hours a day.
Fire Pits
Cozy up to one of the best spots on the harbor. Our fires are the perfect place to kick back with friends or to gather around and make some new ones. As a special perk, all guests are welcome to our make-your-own s’mores kits every night. Head out and roast your marshmallows out by the fire pit or take them back to your room for a late night snack! Fires are put out at midnight.

Bayfront Ballroom
Square feet: 3,400 Capacity: 300
Floor-to-ceiling windows open this space up to breathtaking views of the marina. Bayfront Park and the iconic Aerial Lift Bridge. This room includes a monitor, projector, A/V capabilities, and can be divided into two smaller rooms.
Pilot House Boardroom
Square feet: 480 Capacity: 22
For smaller business meetings or events, the Pilot House is ideal. This room features rustic décor and views of the harbor and the Aerial Lift Bridge. It includes a TV monitor with A/V capabilities.
Audio Visual and Sound Equipment
All audio visual equipment must be reserved ten or more days prior to event. If an item you require is not listed, please contact us; additional equipment is available. Prices do not include sales tax, and are listed per day.
