Rise and dine with Silos Restaurant’s updated hours! We are excited to now offer dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week for both resort guests and locals! Experience a cozy, high-quality meal with breathtaking views and an even more breathtaking menu.
From 7:00 – 10:30am we will be serving breakfast with the sunrise, including Build your Own Breakfast combinations, Savory Signatures like Biscuits and Gravy, and Smoked Salmon Benedicts, as well as Sweet Signatures including French Toast and Yogurt Créme Brulée. The menu also offers A La Carte Enhancements and Sides to add on to the most important meal of the day.

Lunch and dinner options are available from 11:00am – 9:00pm. Our menu ranges from Shareables including our Silos Nachos and Margherita Flatbread to Desserts like a Roasted Apple Crisp Flambé and Flourless Chocolate Torte.
For those looking for a lighter option we have a fresh Soup and Salad menu selection or delicious Handhelds featuring our guest favorite Walleye Tacos.

The holidays are approaching and that means Bentleyville Tour of Lights will be lighting up the Duluth waterfront before we know it! We consider ourselves so lucky to be next door to the magical display featuring over 5 million lights, festive music, fun treats, AND visits from Santa, Mrs. Claus, and a few of their merry friends. The best part – we get to experience the joy with all our guests who stay during the season!
During the winter Bentleyville is open every evening starting Saturday, November 23 through Saturday, December 28. The lights at Bayfront Park shine Sundays – Thursday 5pm – 9pm and Friday/Saturday 5pm – 10pm.
