Silos Restaurant ~ Savor the Flavor

Here is a brief piece of Duluth’s shipping history: the docks at Pier B once received cement from Great Lakes ships, storing the materials in the impressive silos – still sitting on our property today! Honoring this history, the name of our on-site restaurant and bar was created. Still deeply-rooted in our community, we are proud to offer elevated dining experiences for resort and local guests to savor.

With large windows facing the Duluth-Superior Harbor, Silos Restaurant provides a unique vantage point to watch the ships navigate their way through the majestic Aerial Lift Bridge. Offering patio seating during beautiful Duluth summers, guests can enjoy the breeze from the lake, harbor sounds, and fresh air while enjoying a meal.

The Menu

Our locally-sourced menu features flavorful dishes inspired by land and sea with gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options for every diner. Start your meal with an order of Calamari or other appetizing item off our small bites menu. Then move on to the main course with our Walleye Tacos, Norwegian Salmon, or Pasta Primavera. If you are dining with us for dinner, make a selection off of our Wood Fired section, featuring our Tenderloin Filet Mignon, Center Cut Ribeye, and Top Sirloin. Then finish with a delicious slice of our Flourless Chocolate Torte or NY Style Turtle Cheesecake.

Drink Pairings

The bar at Silos offers the perfect drink pairing to your meal. Order your favorite locally brewed beer, an inspired craft cocktail designed by our bartenders, or your favorite glass of red wine. Our food and drink menus are both designed to help you unwind and relax in our comfortable atmosphere with friends and family.

Make sure to swing in during Happy Hour, Monday – Thursday from 3 – 6 pm, for $4 domestic beers, $3 OFF appetizers, $2 OFF glasses of wine and signature cocktails, and $1 OFF craft beers.

Convenient Dining Options

On warm, sunny days in Duluth, we also encourage the use of Pier B’s additional outdoor seating located on the harbor lawn. There you can enjoy drinks or to-go orders outside and take advantage of the beautiful weather and up-close lake views.

For the convenience of guests who don’t have time to dine in our restaurant, Silos also offers Roomside and Curbside ordering that are contactless and available daily.

In the summer months, Dockside dining is also available for our boating friends daily from 11am – 9pm. For those who need to refuel during a day out on the water, we make it easy with to-go orders that can be picked up using our boat slip. Simply hail us on your marine radio or call 218-481-8888 to open the bridge to our docks and register with our Harbormaster!

As the ships navigate our harbor, we hope you navigate your way to Silos for a memorable meal. Savor the time to relax, allow us to serve you, and make some of your own history with us. If you are interested in dining-in, call 218-336-3430 or reserve your table here

Playfront Park has to rank at the top of our must-play playground lists of the area. It is located right next door to our resort AND is Duluth’s largest playground. The design is created to enhance children’s balance, coordination, and strength. So they are having fun while developing and growing! Win-win!
